ROBERT T. SANDERS

Bob retired from law practice on September 26, 2016 after a long distinguished career.  He was associated with the firm of Sanders • Pianowski, LLP for more than forty years. 

During the course of his successful career Bob practiced in all local and federal courts, and had extensive experience in major jury and bench trials in personal injury, commercial litigation and products liability. From the beginning of his career, he practiced in all phases of employment law, including collective bargaining negotiations, practice before the National Labor Relations Board and Department of Labor, representation of employers, unions and employees in State and Federal courts in matters involving labor, discrimination, harassment, injunction and appeals, Unfair Labor Practice cases, elections and representation litigation. He also participated in arbitrations and mediations in areas of contract interpretation, jurisdiction, job assignments, overtime, discipline, discharge, plant rules and management rights.

Bob has lectured and authored copyrighted materials for seminars and symposia on worker’s compensation, labor and employment law, as well as civil and insurance law practice.

We are grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Bob over the years and wish him all the best in his retirement.
